Best Running Experiences: Breaking 3-hour marathon for the first time at Hobart after failing several times before, running around Port Phillip Bay (why would you ride?) and any run with Dan, Woodsy, Flynny, Paul and Eric.
Worst Running Experience: Pissing blood in the middle of the Sahara on Days 6 & 7 of the Marathon Des Sables

Years Running: For ever – Since primary school with a brief break to get chubby and drink beer in my early twenties.
Why Do You Run: It’s simple like me. Good for mental health.
Favourite Training Session: Anything Bermuda says! Although I do love just getting out on the trails.
Hobbies: Music – failed attempt at being a rock star in my twenties but still love it. Just ask Courts, Fitter and Woodsy. 100kms of British Indie music trivia.
Most Important Thing To Me: Without question, my family. Geelong Cats a close 2nd place
Biggest Dislike: Running at the track.
Favourite Movie: High Fidelity and all the Mighty Boosh stuff (not movie but needs mentioning)
