Worst Running Experience: Pissing blood in the middle of the Sahara on Days 6 & 7 of the Marathon Des Sables

Years Running: For ever – Since primary school with a brief break to get chubby and drink beer in my early twenties.
Why Do You Run: It’s simple like me. Good for mental health.
Favourite Training Session: Anything Bermuda says! Although I do love just getting out on the trails.
Hobbies: Music – failed attempt at being a rock star in my twenties but still love it. Just ask Courts, Fitter and Woodsy. 100kms of British Indie music trivia.
