On Sunday the Wonderland Training Bus is heading into the Dandenongs for some serious hills.⛰👊
For any Milers wanting something with a few more bumps than Princes Park feel free to join us for all or part of a 30k route taking in Mt Dandenong Tourist Road, Churchill Rd, One Tree Hill, 2 Mile Hill and a few others.
This out and back route will test you both on the uphill and fast downhill sections!🏃🐐
All welcome to meet us at roadside parking just above exit from 1000 steps carpark at 7:25am for 7:30 start.🌄😀

Unfortunately the Prez has just brought it to my attention that the runningforfitness.org calculator appears to be using the now out of date 2010 factors. The bad news for all of us is that the standards keep improving, so the most recent 2015 factors mean that you all need to subtract about 2% from the gradings that I have posted!🙁
