Best Running Experience: Running for Waverley in Winter Cross Country competition. Cornish Fun Runs – where official distances are no indication of the actual race distance and course maps are non-existant. Finding your way to the finish line is harder than actually running!
Best Times: Bolt 15:21, Tan 12:44.
Racing Shoes: Asics.
Most Important Thing To Me: Sport, beer, kids (especially my son who loves sport and gets beer from fridge).
Biggest Dislike: Sleep – such a waste of time.
